When using OpenWater to collect nominations for awards, submissions for a call for papers, or votes for a board of elections our integration ensures a seamless user experience for your members. When the information is processed it is also sent back to Aptify where it can be reported on.

Optional Support for Non-Aptify Account Access
Some use cases need both Aptify and non-Aptify users to access
OpenWater. We have you covered with a toggle setting you
can use on a workflow by workflow basis to enable guest
access.

Activity Push Back
We can push back notes and activities regarding participation in an awards program or winner status. This data can then be queried from within Aptify.
Finance Push Back
Revenue collected from OpenWater can be pushed back into Aptify so that your finance department can look at a single source of data for payments reconciliation.
What Versions of Aptify do you work with?
As a Community Brands partner, we are able to work with all
version of Aptify. You must have API access for Aptify enabled. We
are able to work through the common setup challenges (e.g. setting
up firewall rules).
What APIs do you use?
We are able to work with the older ASMX based web services side
by side with the more modern REST based web services.
Do You Use a Bridge?
Yes, OpenWater has developed its own Aptify bridge. Often
with Aptify your IT department or IT vendor may have created their
own bridge which they prefer other vendors use, we are comfortable
adapting to your overall IT workflow.
