Integrations: From day 1 of our company we have prioritized integrations with other systems. Our robust API allows developers to do whatever they want. Out of the box we’ve integrated with all the major payment processors. We’ve also developed our own “Integrations Hub” that lets us connect with all the major CRMs (like Salesforce and Microsoft) and AMSs (iMIS, Fonteva, Nimble, YourMembership and MemberClicks to name a few). Single Sign On (SSO) and Bi-Directional Integrations all offered out-of-the-box for those CRMs that allow it.
Customer Support: We are averaging a 10 minute response time in our customer service department. We use the tool Intercom, which is a chat based system (similar to Teams/Slack/Text Message) so that our customers can have direct access to their dedicated team members.
